This is one of my favorite places to eat. I was born and raised in Cuba and then Lived in Miami for the last 20 years before move here. I know a good pan con bistec when I see one!!! I have tried about every single dish from Miami fusion and order frequently from the Denver and Lincolnton locations. I love it so much! Especially when I was just recently pregnant and was able to order all my cravings. Even when ordering DoorDash the food is always perfect and authentic!

Tried this spot for the first time today. Hands down a 5 star potential spot. Was mildly suprised at lack of customers when i stopped by. Got a cuban and a media noche. Flavors are there, bread is good, portions are overly generous. The pork has some nice lime undertones that still shine through. Bread has good flavor and toasted correctly. Flat cut fries are fantastic and would be cool if theyd offer them seasoned in some creative ways. Primary critique for me personally would be the ham used. I feel like the texture and the flavor would come through much better with a fresh and very thin slice and cordinated with the cook on the pork. Not sure if its made in house but would be interested to know a little more. Wouldnt complain of a little more citrus. I do hope this place stays around. Cuban style food is near non-existent in this area. Store was clean, cool, and the staff is friendly. I will be back.

From someone who lived in South Florida for all her life to find a place like this when I moved here was like a taste of home. My husband was raised in Miami and I was raised on Cuban cuisine. I will happily drive the 40 minute from Mooresville to get my favorite dishes! Such an amazing restaurant!!! Never disappoints always delicious! Make my tummy happy!!!!

My go-to breakfast food, keeps you full and probably will have a second meal. Very good price for the size of the sandwich, and the bread is AMAZING!!
