Catering & Food Truck Minimum Guarantee
A minimum sales guarantee of $1,000.00 is required for all food truck events.
If total food and beverage sales do not meet this amount, the Customer must pay the difference at the end of the event.
Example:
Minimum Guarantee: $1,000.00
Actual Sales: $800.00
Balance Due: $200.00
This guarantee includes up to four (4) consecutive hours of onsite food truck service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

A signed agreement and credit card guarantee will be required to confirm
your booking date.
